Thank you for supporting humane pasture-based farming! We currently offer beef, pork, and lamb in our convenient CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) monthly subscription boxes. There are several share sizes to choose from—Double (40 lbs), Full (20 lbs), Half (10 lbs), or Quarter (5 lbs). Our popular Combo Meat Half Share typically includes 2 lbs ground beef, 1 lb ground pork or sausage, 1 lb ground lamb, 1.25 lb steak, 1.25 lb lamb or pork chops, a 2-3 lb pork or beef roast, and 1 lb bacon. Steak and roast cuts will vary in size and value; some months you may receive a smaller cut of higher value (e.g., beef tenderloin) and other months you may receive a larger cut of lower value (e.g., round steak). We try to vary the contents from month to month, so that you will receive greater variety and also because we want to use and appreciate the entire animal. In addition to our Combo Meat Shares, you can also specify Pork-only, Beef-only, No Pork, No Beef, or No Lamb (pricing differs for each option).
How our CSA program works
Our CSA subscription is simple and hassle-free with no long-term commitment required. You can start whenever you want and stop anytime. Once you sign up, you will be billed monthly until you unsubscribe. Each month you can choose whether to pick up your CSA box at our convenient Downtown Springfield drop-site or at the farm. You can also request your share to be delivered to your doorstep if you live within Eugene or Springfield city limits and if space is available on the delivery route; a delivery fee of $5 will be added to your subscription for this option. Pick-up days are on the first Tuesday (Downtown Springfield Drop-Site) and the first Saturday (Farm Pick-Up) of each month. We are currently only accepting local Lane County residents in our CSA subscription program.
Also, we accept SNAP/EBT payments! To use your EBT card, you’ll need to schedule pick-up at the farm and make your payment in person. If you have any questions or trouble with registration, shoot us a quick message.
