We are in the process of constructing a high tunnel on the farm so that we can offer a selection of fresh vegetables in the future. A high tunnel is similar to a conventional greenhouse and is intended to extend the growing season. With a little help from Natural Resources Conservation Service EQIP funding, construction is expected to be completed by the end of summer and we will be able to start planting in it early next spring!
